1989 chrysler new yorker landau ..speakers not working after installing cd player?

1989 crysler new yorkers landue. i installed a cd player and I brought the harness kit but im having problems figuring out how to hook up all 6 speakers that r manufactored in the car. I can get the front and back to work but not the door speakers. Anyone know how to get these hooked up right? thanks alot
