A terribly sucky day?

ok,so i was sick for the past two days at home coughing and puking out my internal organs.so i went to school today and i talk to my friend at his locker.i like his sister and i know she likes me too its just we aren't dating.so he told me her and her boyfriend of a year and a half have broken up.this cleared my sinuses and put a smile on my face.the whole day i couldn't focus.my teachers were yelling and complaining,i was chewed out by the school nurse,and when i got home my d!ckweed of a cousin searched like 12 sites on my computer so my mom blamed me for it.so im thinking,k-at least u know who is single.my friend calls me and tells me they just got back together:(after like,20 hours!!!i usually talk to this girl on the phone and what not and we are good friends.she said she likes me alot too and my friend and my friends mom lol told me she has never talked this much about a guy.i just don't get it and i can't just forget and move on.i only want her and i have for almost a year now.do i call her and talk to her???what do i say?im just hurt and confused right now and idk how to handle this.but i do know i really like this girl and i want to stick with her.i am a freshman and she is in 8th grade btw.an advice(besides moving on) is appreciated.thanx
