How can I spice up my ignment (Comp Security)?

"Deleted Files" are a favorite of forensics teams. It's one reason I overwrite my harddisk with random data every few months and use DoD standards for erasing sensitive files on my PC (even if I've used AES to encrypt them). On top of that I use a recovery program to attempt to find anything I've missed.
