No. Your husband was just standing up for you guys where you seem perfectly willing to let these guys bully you. Their car was parked illegally and was towed and now they are out for revenge. The damage they inflicted upon your things was no accident. Why didn't your husband call the police about this? You need to be on legal record as having trouble with these folks and why. Report it! If and when you do there is NO reason for you to bring up the fact they are gay. That just makes you sound like that's the reason you have a problem with them.
