Blood test (hormone levels)?

last year my friend had her blood test taken for her levels of hormones (baseline tests) and came back perfect. because its been over a year before deciding to go a head to start ICSI treatment, she had to go and have the test again. this time the test have come back completely different saying that 1 hormone has gone from 7 to 14 which is really bad and the other has gone from 6.9 to 1 again which she has been told that this is good so now she needs to take clomid before having to injections to mature any follicles that may appear. if she gets to this stage the eggs will be removed and put with the sperm and implanted back into her. she will have icsi has anyone had an experience in any hormone changes as she has? what are the chances of her concieving a child
