Can i eat a 3 month old gummy worm? is it still fresh or considered fresh?

It's not considered "fresh" as in new and just made, but it won't harm or kill you if consumed. Candy has a fresh label because after say a week or so It will go hard or stale. Your gummy work, although edible will be very chewy/hard when consumed. Next time, if you want the original flavour or texture of your candy consume it within the first week of purchase. That's why sometimes in variety stores when you buy the 5 cent candies, they're sometimes rock solid! You can't always tell just by looking at it if it's stale. Good luck, and happy chewing!
