I need to lose some weight - I weigh... questions?

ok one thing diets don't work u can eat the same way u do but when your hungry you should try eating fruits because they have no calories and they taste Great and maybe cut some up and make a smoothie with no sugar maybe some milk and eat salads but i don't like salad so ya but work out at least 30 min a day and the most you could lose in like a week is 5 so wait and be patient and also i don't think you need surgery becuz then you cant eat certain things and u don't want that im 13 and i weigh 115 and not even 5 foot and i call my self fat by i am trying the things im telling you
