I don't understand him, were just friends but then he does this.....Help?

Me and my guy mate have been friends since i was 4, i always knew he had a crush on me, were both 15 now and the other night when i was texting him, he told me likes me and would i go ot wit him, i like him too so i said yes and anyway we went on one date to the cinema wich he asked could we sit in the back rowe so he could kiss me and stuff but when we got there he didn't and he said he was gonna kiss me goodbye wich he didn't and everytime we chatted online he asked me like a hundred times for me to send him a picture without my top, i said no anyway i dumped him because of the distance, i live like an hour away but he still fancies me and i don't understand him, hel text all night flirtin with me, he told me he likes to **** after hes had a bath and could i think o a fantasy or him includin us after hes got out the tub and hes still keeps going on about my but everytime he gets raly close to the knuckle with somthing he says i say to him like do u still like me or would u ever want to go back out and he says were just friends now, hes coming over soon and as usual hes gonna be lirting with me all night, i just don't understand him, any thoughts?
