Is it normal to have hair follicles on the ?

I don't like them, but is that natural? I ask because mine are like the beginning of hair ducts almost, like after you shower, you can see like white spuds inside the holes, like, why is that? Why do some people have it and others don't? I mean, I know I wouldn't get kicked out of bed, but really, is it normal? Do you have it?
