Ok i have these sores on my right cheek there up high enough that i don't sit on it but?

still covered by my boxers now the Doctor immediately diagnosed it as i was with a girl who went down on me twice she never said she had a cold sore at those times and i don't think she did cause when she did get one she told me and i couldn't kiss her for three days when i could kiss her it was still there but almost gone the Doctor took a swab and its getting tested but i wont find out for about 3 weeks some people say it could also be impetigo or shingles i am taking valtrex right now but i have felt any flu like symptoms ive had the rash for about 9 days id say and it looks like its going away so if you have any knowledge on what im dealing with that would be great thanks
