Should I trade Keller and Murphy for Shiancoe and Royal?

I'm looking to improve my wide receivers a little bit without sacrificing too much at tight end. A friend of mine has offered me Visanthe Shiancoe and Eddie Royal for Dustin Keller and Louis Murphy. As far as TEs I also have Brent Celek and for WRs Marcus Colston, Miles Austin, Nate Washington and Mike Wallace. Thoughts?
