Tips for a tail wedding reception?

We're having a tail reception that will last only a couple hours. It's in a private dinning room at a restaurant and the tables will be moved out for more space. There's going to be a couple servers with appetizers and to take and bring drink orders. Any tips or ideas for a reception of this style?
