Uhhmmmm health question?
Start with walking. Then as you are walking start swinging your arms. Next you need to speed up your walking and really sweat it out. When you gain the momentum don't stop and increase your walking time and your endurance will build while your muscles sculpt. I have tried the fad weights and found that the personal movement is best. It doesn't happen over night because you didn't put it on over night. If you lost that much weight that quick that your skin didn't catch up then you did something wrong. You are supposed to excersise as you loose weight. If you did and you are active with no results over a period of time then check into surgery. I hate to say it but surgically they can sculpt you but it isn't a fix all. You still have to maintain the activity or the weight and skin will come back.
