What notice of redundancy should I be given?

www.acas.co.uk - you will get all the answers but if over 45 you get 1.5 weeks wages for every year there, as you've been there for 7 years they have to give 7 weeks notice or 7 weeks wages in lue of notice and any holiday pay due. I was made redundant on returning to work in Jan 09, no redundancy paid after 5 years of service - I contacted ACAS and Employment Tribunal to claim redundancy due, it is being processed for court hearing and have date soon to attend.
