Crosman 2100b pump question? Please help.?

No, you have to pump it after each shot. When you're pumping it, it is compressing air in an area behind the BB. When you pull the trigger, you're releasing that all of that air and forcing the BB out of the barrel. You should only have to pump it once, though, otherwise, you're gun is having problems.
