Hair loss. helppp!!!!:s?

my hair used to be very thick.. and now i have been straightening it for a long time!! .. .. and now its very very thin!! not like before i am scared ill wake up one day and find no hair!!!!.. i dont know what happend or what to do.. but i want a natural and easy home remedi to do at home that will thicken my hair again please helpp!!.. does olive oil hel? i dunt know really please help me!!!! :(
